For the second year in a row, the All-Russian mass innovation competition is being held by the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills within the framework of the national project “Labor Productivity”. The competition was organized with the support of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and the ANO “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects.” The purpose of the event is to identify the best innovation proposals aimed at increasing labor productivity, improving working conditions and developing the professional potential of employees of various industrial enterprises in the country.
“After the launch of the application campaign, we are seeing active interest in the competition from enterprises. More than 2.5 thousand innovators sent their applications. In total, about 6 thousand rationalization proposals were received. This indicates a positive dynamics in the growth of interest of rationalizers in the event, which is very pleasing. Due to the large number of requests from organizations, it was decided to extend the acceptance of applications,” noted Anna Bogucharskaya, head of industry projects at the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills.
This month, a round table with enterprises was held, the main agenda of which was aimed at identifying the best practices for organizing rationalization activities at enterprises and mechanisms for building the exchange of experience between companies. Organizations such as EVRAZ NTMK JSC, INTER RAO-ELECTROGENERATION JSC, Promis JSC, and Rosseti shared their knowledge.
Any employee of a Russian company, regardless of age and work experience, can become a participant in the competition and submit their innovation proposal. Competition nominations are provided for both experienced and novice innovators. Detailed information is available at project website.
Last year, the competition attracted more than 1.5 thousand participants from 120 companies and 4.6 thousand innovation proposals.
