In Ugra, all provisions of the Standard of Performance for Executive Authorities of the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation to Ensure a Favourable Investment Climate in the Region (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard") have been implemented. The implementation of the Standard has streamlined local administrative procedures and created a more supportive environment for starting a business or expanding existing production facilities.
