There are 7 buildings on the territory of the technology park: 2 ones of which are production buildings that are similar to Bulgarian machinery and repair shops (2,157.1 m2 and 2,785.2 m2 with workshops), control and dispatch room (two-stage, 273.6 m2), administrative and amenity building (two-stage, 270.9 m2), production preparation workshop (single-stage, 261.3 m2), gas boiler room (61.5 m2) and heated warehouse premise (42.2 m2).
