About the cluster

The non-profit partnership "Gas Processing Cluster of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra" was registered in December 2013. The charter of a non-profit partnership, regulations on entrance and membership fees, and regulations on joining a partnership have been developed. Since the summer of 2015, it has been called Union of Organizations of the gas processing sector of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra "Gas Processing cluster of Ugra".

Main goals Union of Organizations of the gas processing sector of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra "Gas Processing Cluster of Ugra":

• participation in the preparation of regulatory legal acts of federal and regional significance, as well as in the examination of legislation;

• cooperation with representative and executive authorities of the Russian Federation on the formation of legal, economic and social policies that meet the professional interests of members, and assistance in its effective implementation;

• promotion of fair competition in gas processing;

• assistance to the development of companies working in the field of gas processing, building civilized market relations;

• promotion of favorable financial and economic conditions for members;

• representation of members ' interests in international organizations

• preparation and initiation of proposals in the field of business activities of its members, representation and protection of their common property interests;

• assistance to members in carrying out professional activities in the field of gas processing;

• resolution of disputes and conflicts, provision of legal and other consulting services;

• promotion of entrepreneurship in the field of gas processing;

• research, evaluation and monitoring of the gas processing market;

Tasks

• development of gas processing cluster development projects and cluster investment programs;

• development and implementation of joint projects of the gas processing cluster with the involvement of participants, educational and scientific institutions, and other interested parties;

• promotion of new products (services) of gas processing cluster participants to the market;

• participation in the development of the use of gas-engine fuel in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra;

• attraction of intellectual, financial, organizational and other resources of members for the best realization of their professional interests;

• legal protection of members ' interests that contributes to an adequate increase in their competitiveness, both in the domestic and international markets;

• organization of information, advisory and methodological assistance to members;

• representation of members ' interests in public authorities of any level and in local self-government bodies;
