About the cluster

The non-profit partnership "Timber Industry Cluster of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra" was registered in December 2013. During the registration procedure, the charter of the non-profit partnership, the regulations on entrance and membership fees, and the regulations on joining the non - profit partnership "Timber Industry Cluster of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra"were developed.

The main goal of the Partnership is to assist Partnership members in carrying out activities aimed at solving problems related to the development of the timber industry cluster, to help solve problems in this area, as well as to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Partnership members.

Tasks

• development of projects for the development of the timber industry cluster and investment programs;

• monitoring of the state of innovative, scientific and production potential of the timber industry cluster;

• development and implementation of joint projects of the timber industry cluster with the involvement of participants, educational and scientific institutions, and other interested parties;

• organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel, provision of consulting services in the interests of participants of the timber industry cluster;

• providing assistance to participants of the timber industry cluster in obtaining state support;

• launching new products (services) of the timber industry cluster participants to the market;

• organization of conferences and seminars in the field of interests of participants of the timber industry cluster;

• protecting the interests of Partnership members;

• cooperation with representative and executive authorities of the Russian Federation on the formation of legal, economic and social policies that meet the professional interests of members, and assistance in its effective implementation;

• study, generalize and disseminate the experience of protecting the rights of Partnership members, including the introduction of innovative ideas and techniques in the regions;

• coordinate the activities of Partnership members and increase their knowledge by creating an information and legal resource, as well as by conducting events aimed at training Partnership members, both at the federal and international levels;

• participation in the preparation of regulatory legal acts of federal and regional significance, as well as in the examination of legislation;

• legal support for Partnership members, legal protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
