Technopark mission:

• development and implementation of new directions of innovation development in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra,

• search for modern ideas and technologies that provide innovative socio-economic development of Ugra,

• assistance in formation of personnel and scientific and technical potential of the region on the basis of integration of production (business), science, education.

The main strategic goal of the Technopark development for the period up to 2030 is to transform the Technopark into the Institute of management of the Ugra innovation sphere development.
