In Ugra, the Government Advisory Council of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra on Investment Activity Development has been established. Its primary objective is to facilitate the implementation of state policy aimed at creating conditions for attracting investment into the Ugra economy, coordinating business and government efforts to develop the region, and protecting investors' rights.

The Council comprises representatives of state authorities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, businesses, and public organizations.

Council meetings are held on a regular basis.
