Foundation for promotion of SME lending “Ugra Regional Guarantee Organization”

The Ugra Regional Guarantee Organization foundation was established in 2021 by the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra for the implementation of the region’s key policies in the field of SME support.

The foundation’s main activity is the provision of guarantees for small and medium-sized businesses’ obligations (loans, leasing operations, etc.) to banks and leasing companies.
